2) Providing customer support and responding to user inquiries.
3) Promoting and facilitating your use of the services offered by us and our partners, including targeted advertising and affiliate marketing.
4) Marketing our games to you, including sending you offers, promotion information, newsletters, local or push notifications, e-mail campaigns, and communications regarding new, improved or existing games and services.
Disclosure of Information
We may share your information within our family of companies, and with our agents and service providers. We may disclose your information to certain third parties as necessary to satisfy a legal request, protect property or personal safety, when a business is bought or sold, or as otherwise allowed or required by law.
How to Access or Modify Your Information
Members may view or modify their personal information by clicking in-game "Settings". Members may view or modify their profile settings through "Manage Account (STOVE)” features or the customer centers of other platforms.
Members can cancel agreements regarding the collection, use, or provision of personal information at any time by navigating to the "Cancel Membership" menu. In the event that you elect to end your membership, the Company will delete your personal information following such termination. However, some or all of your information may still remain visible to others, including but not limited to any information that has been incorporated into any User Contents or copied, stored or disseminated by you or other users. “User Content” means any communications, images, sounds, and all the material, data, and information that you or other users upload, submit, or transmit through our platform or other platforms.
You assume all risks associated with use of your User Content, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness or usefulness by others, or any disclosure of your User Content that personally identifies you or any third party. The Company strives to maintain the security of all personal information collected from Members. However, no method is 100% secure. While the Company takes commercially reasonable means to protect your information against unauthorized access to, or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of, data that you share and we collect and store, we cannot guarantee its absolute security or that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breach of security will never occur.
When you create a password and log-in name, we recommend that you combine letters and numbers that will be difficult for others to duplicate or guess. We strongly encourage you not to share your account password with any third party for any reason. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your personal information and to your computer and/or mobile device.

Persons Under 13
Our games and services are marketed and intended for a mature audience. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If at any time we learn that the Company has collected personal information from such persons, we delete such information as soon as possible.

If you are a resident of California, you have the right under California Civil Code § 1798.83, to receive, once a year, information about third parties with whom we have shared information about you for their marketing purposes during the previous calendar year, and a description of the categories of personal information shared.
